The journey to attain the ISI mark began when Sudarshan Solar water heater underwent
rigorous testing at the Regional Test Centre (RTC), School of Energy Studies, Savitribai
Phule Pune Vidyapeeth, Pune, adhering to the stringent criteria set by the Bureau of
Indian Standards (BIS). Successfully passing the testing phase, the company was officially
granted the ISI certification by the Pune Branch of Bureau of Indian Standards.

The momentous occasion of the ISI-certified product launch was celebrated on Tuesday,
25th July, 2023, at Sudarshan Saur Shakti Pvt. Ltd.’s facility in Aurangabad. The event was
graced by the presence of his holiness Shri. Swami Vishnupaadanand Maharaj, Secretary of
Ramkrishna Mission, Aurangabad, along with distinguished guests including Mr. Sanjay

Goswami (Director – BIS, Western Region, Mumbai), Mr. Arunkumar Choudhary (MNRE-
Delhi), Mr. Vishal Tomar (Director & Head, BIS – Pune), and Dr. Anagha Pathak (RTC – Pune).
